TCBY~Summertime In The City

Hot enough for you yet?  Remember just a few months ago when we were complaining about all of the snow and how cold it was?  And here we are, just a few months later, sweating our tushies off LOL!  Yes, it's a hot summertime in the city! It IS hot here in Colorado too.  Of course, the saying goes here, It's a dry heat. And I'll take a dry heat over a hot and humid day anytime. The quickest way to cool off, for me anyway, is with a full bowl of a cold treat.  So, imagine how thrilled I was when I found this decadent delight down the frozen treat aisle at my grocery store the other day! TCBY Frozen Yogurt! It's better than ice cream because it has half the fat and yet, it tastes like full fat ice cream! I'm serious, it's so rich and creamy you'll never miss the fat at all. I am totally diggin' on the fact that Mr. B & I can both enjoy a bowl after dinner and really have no regrets about our choice. I also saw  that each carton is full of 7 probiotic cultures with 3-4 grams of protein.  TCBY frozen yogurt is healthier than ice cream all the way around! SOLD!
