I kept it simple again as I wanted nothing to weigh me down. I wanted bright and fresh and I think I achieved that feeling.
On the left side, I covered some books with white craft paper. I then set a pitcher from Michael's, that was 50% off, upon them and filled it with white Spring flowers, also from Michael's.
The white candlestick was a thrift store find from last year and the light green candle is from IKEA.
On the right side of the mantel is my favorite white urn from World Market. You may remember it from my Easter tablescape from last year.
It holds a few faux bright pink ranunculus for that pop of unexpected color.
A simple and light Spring mantel to welcome in my favorite season of the year.

Very pretty Kathe! I love Spring too, just not the allergy part:)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I love milk glass. My grandmother had a bunch, but unfortunately, I think my mom got rid of it after my Nana died. :-( I love spring...unfortunately, we're expecting SNOW yet AGAIN this week. :-( Please send warm vibes north. Thanks! :-)

Kathe, what a lovely mantel. I don't change my mantel out except for Christmas. You've made me want to rethink that. I am so, so ready for Spring and a happy mantel would help bring Spring indoors. Thanks for sharing at Inspire Us Thursday on Organized 31.
