Buh - Bye Google Reader

Unless you have been living in a cave or under a rock you should know by now that come Monday, July 1, Google Reader is shutting down.


I, personally, have switched over to Bloglovin as my new preferred reader to keep up on all of my favorite blogs.

The process to switch over was super simple and took just minutes. 
You just create a Bloglovin account and in the process it asks if you want to import the blogs you read on Google Reader to your new Bloglovin’ account. Click the button to import and that’s it! Done!

The nice thing about Bloglovin is that it looks very similar to the Google Reader dashboard and is easy to read on my iPad and iPhone too!

So, to make sure you get all of my new posts, head on over and make sure you are following me on Bloglovin right now!

    Google South-Africa closed our readers this morning already. I decided to keep both Bloglovin and Feedly {love Feedly!}

    Following you! It will not work for me :( When I go to my blogs or claim your blog it doesn't recognize me. I think it might have to do with my blog not showing up on the Blogger Feed as well. Spent HOURS trying to switch. I am so bummed. My husband tired as well. He is an engineer....and also gave up. I don't know what's going on. An advice??

    I finally added Bloglovin a few days ago, and it brought all the blogs I was following over, thankfully! It was simple for me too, but I had been living in denial about having to do it.
