8 wonderful years with the man deemed as the perfect one for me!
And, I am pretty sure, I have been deemed the perfect woman for him LOL.
As with any special event, my table is my easel
and my canvas for expressing my creativity.
Mr. B's favorite color is red so I used that for my inspiration.
He is very simple and traditional but, c'mon!
He married a woman who enjoys going full on dramatic sometimes!
Using a plain white table cloth, I started with a red charger,
followed by a red and white swirled plate from Dollar Tree
and topped with another red and white swirled plate
from the clearance section at Pier 1.
A bright red napkin anchors traditional vintage silverplate flatware.
My quirky red glasses fit in perfectly.
Especially when placed next to my favorite crystal wine stems,
a gift from Mr. B.
The centerpiece, though in his red, is all me!
Drama!
Drama!
Drama!
Two large branches from Ms K's yard spray painted a vibrant red
and placed simply in a large ribbed vase.
Red candles in crystal candlesticks and red votive holders with white candles
complete the table.
This would be one of my favorite tables to put together because,
it was my artistic way to show Mr. B how much I love him.
The table is always my canvas.
Whereas, Mr. B chose a traditional canvas to let his love for me known.
Mr. B, my one true love, painted, created the matte and framed
this beautiful work of art to give to me for our anniversary this year.
As I have been told, I am a lucky lucky woman!
Happy Anniversary honey!
Here's to many, many more!
