We are only days, even just hours, away from the biggest eatin' day of the year. I got the big bird of honor thawing in the fridge and dear MIL & I shopped for all of the other fixin's today. She is taking control of most of the sides while I concentrate on roasting the Tom to perfection. Even though it is just the 3 of us for Thanksgiving dinner, we will cook our little hearts out. Then, comes the fun part...all the leftovers. Mr. B is content with just leftover turkey sandwiches but, in case you are like me and want more choices, I have rounded up some of the very best Thanksgiving leftover recipes to help clean it all up in style!
